Our second successful deal completed in UOPG-1 (future Avenida Nun' Álvares) comprises 4 residential construction lots with 9.700 m² of gross construction area capacity, nestled between Rua do Crasto, Rua do Molhe and Rua Marechal Saldanha - these lots will feature premium three story housing concepts in one of the most sought after areas of Foz.

We closed a deal for a series of lots in a privileged location in Foz, inserted in the largest urban development operation in western Porto in decades (UOPG 1 - Nun' Álvares). With over 20.000 m² of construction area, this deal is at the core of a new residential area with over 45.000 m² of green area across the main artery connecting Boavista to Império.

We successfully transacted a 9.343 sqm plot between 2 metro stations in Matosinhos, 1.5km from the beach, licensed for 10.800 sqm of above ground residential construction. Project specifics are currently under development, in a key neighbourhood of the city that is planned to connect to Porto's City Park through a new urban green corridor.
